DUUL uses SMS text messaging to help you connect with other players and stay informed about your games. This page explains how we use SMS messaging, what messages you may receive, and how to manage your preferences.
By creating a DUUL account and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from DUUL at the phone number you provided. You will be asked to confirm your consent during the account registration process by checking a consent checkbox.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from DUUL. You may use DUUL without SMS messaging, though some features may be limited.

Message frequency varies based on your activity on DUUL. If you actively send and receive game invitations, you may receive multiple messages per day. If you are less active, you may receive fewer messages. On average, users receive approximately 2-10 messages per week depending on their usage.

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages from DUUL at any time using any of the following methods:
After you opt-out, you will receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from DUUL unless you opt back in. Note that opting out of SMS may limit certain app features.

Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is only used to provide the DUUL service and send you the messages described above.
