You must be at least 18 years old to use DUUL. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

DUUL is a sports-matching and invitation platform that helps users discover sports courts, connect with other players, and organize activities. The Service facilitates connections but does not guarantee:

• Compatibility or skill level accuracy between users
• Availability of players, courts, or facilities
• The safety, conduct, or reliability of other users

All interactions and meetups are user-initiated and voluntary. You are responsible for your own judgment and safety.

By using DUUL, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Treat other users with respect and courtesy
• Take responsibility for your own safety when meeting others
• Keep your account credentials secure

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DUUL:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Creating fake profiles or impersonating others
• Using the Service for illegal activities
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or exploiting the platform
• Posting inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

By creating a DUUL account and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from DUUL. These messages include:

• Game invitations from other players
• Notifications when someone accepts or declines your invitation
• Reminders about upcoming scheduled games
• Account verification codes and security alerts

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support. Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using DUUL, but some features may be limited without it.

Court and location data is provided for informational purposes only. DUUL does not own, operate, or control any sports facilities. We are not responsible for:

• Court availability, hours, or access restrictions
• Accuracy of location data or facility information
• Conditions, maintenance, or safety of venues
• Fees or requirements imposed by facility operators

DUUL is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DUUL and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any injuries, accidents, or harm arising from meetups
• Disputes, conflicts, or disagreements between users
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of DUUL after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
